Ok been doing the walking thing for 2 days now. Now I don't kow if its mind over matter BUT i do feel different since those walks. I felt like i had SO MUCH energy that after a walked up the hill after working the night shift io still never made it to bed till after 11-12pm!!!
Now the thing is the KEEP it up… this EXTRA Large Kenyatta just not kicking…. i don't feel good in myself being like this.
